What should I do if I never received my FedEx package?

The tracking information on the Fedex site says that my package was delivered at 8:00am and details say "Left at front door. Signature Service not requested. " I left for work at 7:00 and returned at 4:00 and there was no package. I live in an apartment complex so I think somone may have stolen my package. What steps do I need to take to resolve this?

1. Good Question. Unfortunately you are responsible for the loss. Perhaps a neighbour took it in - you may want to ask around. Did the Building Manager notice anything? If it was indeed stolen, you may want to report it to the police. Good Luck!
