- I believe you can use fedex.com to check current benefits. If it is concerned 'permanent part-time' there'll be the same benefits as full-timers and couriers. I only difference I think is health insurance you do not recieve right away like FT you have to wait 90 days. The benefits are just like any other company, I put a * by the ones you pay into. (alot are extremely cheap) -*401k (match 1-5%) -*Health(Last year $35 a month mainly 80/20 sometimes better) -*Eyes/Denial -Paid Vacation (giving out around July 1st (10 days for PT (40 hours), 4 paid days off for new hires if after july 1) -Hotel/Airline discount -Extreme shipping discount -*Legal services -paid sick days(5 days) (paid if unused) -paid training -tutition reimbursment -alot of uniforms thats probably more than you wanted to know. but its labor intensive work, but not hard work. its a good workout depending your assignment. I enjoyed it as a college student.
