If you have an account with FedEx and you print out mailing sheets?

If you have an account with FedEx and you print out mailing sheets does it charge you for them before you send them out? Or can I cancel them with no charge?

1. I have an account and ship regularly with them. They charge the credit card that is on file with them at the end of the day. I have printed them out and gone back later that day and canceled the shipment when it wasn't going to make it out on time. There is no charge to cancel the shipment.
2. Nothing comes free except real love. There are no charges on real love. Otherwise, there are charges for each and every transaction. In real love you are charged up. Need further explanation ?
