What would be the swot analysis for FedEx Corporation?

Ups vs. FedEx ...I'm trying to find out a problem statement for both and the analysis of alternative for both and any recommendations for improvement for both.

1. well, as you know, a SWOT analysis is Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats. Strengths and Weaknesses are internal and Opportunities and Threats are External. I don't know much about their internal stuff and I'm not going to research it for you, however, some quick thoughts about their threats are: DHL, which is a similar organization and quickly picking up speed. Opportunities: Way out there, but maybe hook up with ebay and be the official ebay shipper? I thought about this more than I should have since it's not my project (already had this class and graduated!).
