2. One boot? It all depends how much the boot (or boots) weigh, if they are light it costs probably $4.60 but it goes up from there all depending on weight. Go to USPS.com it has a special place where you can get an exact estimate.
3. Go to usps.com and calculate shipping.
4. I recommend checking and see if you can use a flat rate priority box. If the item weighs less then 1 pound, try calculating first. If it is a large boot I would use the new flat rate box to ship it in. One price no matter how much it weighs.
