How long will US Postal Service take to deliver a letter from MD to MO?

Just wondering how long this is gonna take. its just a regular letter i took it to the postoffice monday morning, when can i expect it arrives in MO?

1. IF you just mailed it like a letter with no special delivery it should take 2-3 business days to arrive. IF you used the right postage.....IF not expect it to be returned to you in 6 days. Best of luck
2. I always get a kick out these questions asking how long the post office will take to get somethong somewhere...the answer is, ¨Who knows¨? It can vary sooo much. Used to take over a week to get a letter from Denver to Colorado Springs, 60 miles away, when I lived there. Some letters took 3 weeks to get to Colorado from the east coast. Some took 3 months. Mail service was awful, and I lived right in the middle of a town of half a million people and a mile from the main post office.
3. Average time is 3 business days.
