How can I contact US Postal Service from Dubai?

My sister in Florida sent me a package last December 23, 2007, but to this date i haven't received it yet. I am trying to contact customer service with tough luck. I just need the area code, before dialling their number that is 1-800-275-8777. I hope somebody could help me with this. thanks

2. Do you have a confirmation number or tracking number? If you do, you can check the status on line. They probably do not offer international toll free number. Either you can ask your sister in Florida to track the package for you via the toll free 800 number, or you can email them. To email, go to www.usps.com. Select "Contact Us" Fill out the email template and send your question to them.
3. 800 is the area code, but if you're trying to call from Dubai; I doubt if that number will work. Go to the USPS web site and register a complaint there referencing the PO that your sister sent it from. It will show up in their office and they will have to research it and provide an answer to you. Since they can't call you, I would either leave your sisters phone number as the contact or your email address. Good luck.
