How long should it take to get my raise processed at the US Postal Service?

I am now a TRC. I passed the exam and was promised a promotion to RCA almost 2 months ago. When I ask my postmaster about this, they say there is nothing to do but wait...

1. Snail Mails pace... lol..i'm a fed too, and there's a CR this year...it may be a little while before you see it.
2. Contact the Rural Carriers' Union. Although you may not be a member they have a vested interest in you being promoted.
