Does the US postal service provide tracking information for standard shipping?
I placed an order on amazon several months ago from a seller. I never received the package and contacted the seller. The seller said he never was given tracking information. Isn't tracking information provided on all package shipped?
Public Comments
- no. not from the us postal service. only through ups or fedex. sorry.
- Depends, if delivery confirmation is purchased. However, I believe Amazon ships DHL@home - which is where DHL picks up the package, ships it to the nearest sorting station to the destination and the Post Office finishes the delivery - so there should be tracking info from DHL.
