What happens if you dont put a return address seal on an envelope being sent through the US Postal Service?
I heard that they began throwing them away ever since the Anthrax scare. Is this true? ...or do they go through like normal mail?

- it goes through as addressed
- It will be delivered as addressed. However, if there is no such address, it can't be returned to you.
- If it gets lost you cant get it back with out a return address.
- As long as the address it is going too is right it will go through. If it is wrong, you will not get it back though.
- The mail gets discarded.
