What is the safest way to ship a laptop to Puerto Rico by US postal service?

How do I pack it? Any idea how much will it cost?

1. The smartest thing would be to go to a UPS store and let them do all the packing for you. They'll also ship and insure it for you. Cost? I don't know. It'll certainly be more than the post office, but it'll be much safer.
