How many of you have jobs that you hate more than anything but are afraid to leave?

Describe for me what you do for a living and why you hate it. Is there anyone in the medical field who regrets going into that? What about Firefighting, mailman, CEO, or whatever? Describe your day and how it makes you feel.

  1. I hate my job at Burger King. But I don't want to leave it. It's a low-paying job, and people treat you like shit, but I like the co-workers I have come to know (save the managers, of course). I didn't understand it at first. It's as if we had all formed a bond, on the common ground of our mutual hatred for our job. We were all poor college students, just trying to make a buck. But now we've found a way to turn the collective garbage of our job to something enjoyable. Oh, believe we have fun. Lot's of fun. So when the job gets stressful (and it does), and the bossman is yelling at you (and he does), and you have to get on all fours in the grimiest of places (and you do), we all just do it, cause we know we could never leave this hellhole, and our friends.
