12. don't worry about dogs- it's a cool job - people in the Postal Service are mostly ALL old-timers there and pretty cool folks you can retire in good shape in still be young enough to do something in the world - go for it! the testing takes a while- security background checks etc- it's not bad though - talk to your postal carrier - they ARE busy but ask how it is, and is it a decent job -
