How does "FREE Return Shipping Label" works?

I ordered some stuff from AE.com and it came with a "FREE Return Shipping Label." I have 1 item I didn't want. How do I use the "FREE Return Shipping Label"? Do I just pack everything and put the label on the package and give it to USPS? Do I need to pay or anything?

1. put the label back on the box and make sure you scribble out all other labels and drop it for. Also with AE you can return in store.
