I keep getting asked to "enter network password" when using my E-mail Client?

I am on a shared network. any help would be much appriciated!

  1. I have to assume that you are using Outlook. If so and you type in your email password, and are sure it is correct, than the easiest thing to do is change your password and update your Outlook settings with the new passwords. I get that error constantly on my network computers and to fix it, I change the users password and than update it and that takes care of the problem.

  3. it might be a premium service ur using on a free client try asking ur service provider
  4. check your account setting and see if the password is in the setting, sometime it loses the password and has to be. reinputed
