Could you tell me exactly what the United Daily Mail is, since I cannot find it anywhere on the Internet? Also, could you see if you can find an article called "USSR Foots Bill for Half Countries Attending the Games", which was published in the United Daily Mail, Pg. 54? Thanks

1. The Daily Mail is a newspaper in the United Kingdom. Your article is referenced in footnote 117 of a paper entitled "A Study of the Effect of Olympic Games on International Political and Economic Liberalization Cycles" by Deborah P. Low. Since the article, "USSR Foots Bill ..." is a June, 1980 article, doubtful you will find it on the internet. Might need to look for it in a college or university library.
