  1. The Detective went to Heaven and saw the kid?
  2. Cheesy dear, it's not a question of whether the newspaper is trustworthy or not. It's the content of the article and who's being quoted. Are you still believing reports put out by Metodo 3, which are directly spun by a certain Gerry McCann who pays them to look like they're searching for a living child? Can't you see that these tactics are a last stand before their fall? Maybe you haven't been paying attention to the latest developments, but you must be the last one standing who is still under the trance of believing the McCanns' deceit strategy. Don't hold your breath for a Madeleine return, (unless of course they've cloned her DNA and used Miracle-Gro to fast-forward it to a 4 year old!)
  3. Every day we read these reports in the Daily Mail, and the Daily Express, yet nothing ever comes of them. I now take no notice, as they are just ways of selling more newspapers. I was in Praia-Da-Luz, at the time Maddie went missing, and I saw the way the press behaved, even tricking each other, and sending rival reporters on "wild goose chases" It was disgusting, and I vowed there and then I would never buy another tabloid newspaper, the Mail, Star, and Express being the three worst. Only when I have proof that Maddie is home safe and well, will I rejoice, but I refuse to take any notice of what the papers have to say!!!
  4. Dear Cheesy, The only news I trust now are the BBC. You can get this on your computer. We no longer buy newspapers. I agree with the other answers, all lies & what sells the paper. As a person, you obviously care a lot about crimes & injustice. That's good. I can tell you worry very much about people dying, being murdered etc. Our world is a big huge mess & it also has so much sadness. I feel for all the children in our world, who are missing, mistreated & abused. I hope Madeleine is alive. To me what is so sad is, this story has made millions for newspapers & other news groups. Stay happy Cheesy, we can't solve anything. .
  5. If this report in the newspaper is true, I think the Metado3 chap is a blithering idiot ....who has now informed anyone involved that he's on their trail......mmmm....strange and not very professional.!!! If little Maddie was alive, she certainly may not be now, and all evidence of her would have been cleaned up.... Poor Maddie may well be home for Christmas, unfortunately not in the way we had all prayed for.
  6. I suppose it can only report what the investigator told them. We can only hope it is true.
  7. sensationalism...i dont give it my time...that is why they get away with it
  8. Thank you for your question. I knew you would get some sceptical answers when I read this just now. My best advice is please ignore the sceptics, they are not going to be any use to you. We might all like to think about this: if Metodo 3 are any good, they will not want to risk their reputation with bad promises. Will they?? So let's all take heart in what might turn out to be a joyous event. I am certainly looking forward to the outcome of this one. Thank you cheesy. By the way, I don't much care about whether the paper is a credible one, I care about someone looking for Madeleine!!!
  9. Cheesy I cannot agree with you on this question All newspapers use the word "alleged" many many times. Meaning the someone was alleged to have done or said something which they cannot quote from and they all make mistakes judging by the number of apologies they have to make on a weekly basis.Yes I do read newspapers but always take what they say with a pinch of salt.
