I'll bet your area doesn't have enough facilities aimed at teenagers. If acted on, that might generate a few complaints. If there isn't a problem create one. Find an issue that bothers you, anything. Use email and CC it to several newspapers at once. With any luck, each paper will read the emails header and notice that you've sent it to their competitors. They'll be in such a rush to report it first that it'll cause a media feeding frenzy. Then you can complain about the reporters descending in masses on your area, and getting it wrong.
