Problems with Daily Mail World at War Offer?

I sent off for the Daily Mail World At War complete set 26 Episodes plus 6 bonus disk. when they arrived the 6 Bonus disks were merely duplicates of episodes and not Bonus disks, I've mailed the Daily mail awaiting a reply. Anyone else had problems ..... Graham
