What is easier/quicker to receive, a USPS money order or Certified check?

I am selling something over Facebook Marketplace, and the buyer can pay by USPS money order or Certified check? To complete the transaction in a timely manner, what is easier/quicker? Also, the buyer is in Canada, not USA.

1. They both require being mailed to you, so if it depends on the method of shipment of the money order or certified check.
2. Which ever one you decide, Try cashing the Check/Money order and wait a good long period of time to make sure it is not charged back to you because it is fake.
