Has anyone useTrans-Atlantic Van lines to relocate?

We contracted this company to move us from Ashburn, VA to Fayetteville, NC June 30, 2006. The drivers showed up a day late for pickup, causing us to have to reschedule our move-in date to July 5, 2006. We were promised to have our belongings delivered on Wed. July 5, only to be told they would be delivered on Thursday, July 6. They did not deliver that date either. We were then told they would guarantee the delivery for Friday July 7. Wrong again! Then they said it would definately be Sunday July 9. Guess what? Still no show and no communicatation. This company has repeatedly lied to us and the contact persons are very rude and hateful. We were told that they could deliver our furnishings anytime up to 21 days from the pick up.If you have had this problem with this company I would like to hear from you as to how you resolved this issue short of a law suit?

I have no experience with that company but I do know of this website that may offer up some suggestions. http://www.movingscam.com/blackList.shtml At the absolute worse case you should at least do a reveiw of them to let others no to beware. I myself am particularly interested in your attraction to NC since I am in Alexandria right now and am contemplating a move to Charlotte. How are the $$ things down there compared to here?
