  1. That means you don't have anitvirus software installed. Windows does not come preloaded with any. Download and install one! I like AVG Free Edition.
  2. Sounds like you got some malware on your computer thats turning off your anti virus. Go to a site like housecall or panda and do their online virus scan. Then, use this guide by Kim Komando so that you don't have any problems in the future. http://www.microsoft.com/smallbusiness/resources/technology/security/6_steps_to_help_secure_your_brand_new_pc.mspxhttp://www.microsoft.com/smallbusiness/resources/technology/security/6_steps_to_help_secure_your_brand_new_pc.mspx
  3. hi. probably you don't have the antivirus software . the best on eto use if you have windows xp is norton antivirus software and norton personal firewall. those are the ones that came along with my computer when i bought my computer that i have been using. then i switched to norton internet security just because it had more protections (things that protects the computer from ).
  4. i agree with the 1st guy Anybody that sees this please answer my post callled "go to my pc suddenly says", its a few pages before this"
  5. click on programs go to help and windows support type in how to turn on virus protection then follow what it says to do. one other way is to go to control panel and click turn of virus protection.
