If I filed a change of address with USPS...?
I originally live in California, but in June I moved to New York for school so I filed a change of address. While in NY, I lost my license so I had to wait until I came back to California to get a new one. When I went to the DMV, I wrote my California address (where my parents still live). I am now waiting for my license to arrive in the mail, but... will it be forwarded to my New York location??????

- Probably not, if you used your parents' address.
- If your other mail has been forwarded, this might be as well. Many states do not want their materials forwarded and endorse their mail as "Do Not Forward". I am not sure what you really want to know. Do you not want the item forwarded, or do you wnat it to go to New York? If you are in CA, you should be cancelling the forwarding order there and issuing one to New York so that mail going there gets back to CA.
