Postal Letter

If I purchased something from EBAY and it was delivered USPS and they delivered it to my old address ?

I paid through paypal and I had an address change and item was still sent to old address what can I do without confronting new tenants?

1. Not much if the new tenants accepted the package or it was left to them. You have to go to the door and ask for it. This need not be confrontational.
