1. No because it is a goverment business and they all close for major holidays.Everyone knows this .Read your local newspapers for holiday closings.
2. Check their website ought to be proof enough. Yea, real tough!
3. Post Offices will be closed Jan. 1. Express Mail will be delivered New Year’s Day and regular mail delivery will resume Jan. 2.
