i am using gcraigslist.org for the first time and..?

the person im dealing with said that they will pay in a "postal money order through my United State Postal Service(USPS)" what does that mean and how does it work do they buy a money order in the post office and then mail it 2 me or do they buy it at the post office and i can automatically pick it up at my post office

1. I think they are like checks, written by the post office. One goes to the post office, and gives them the money, plus something to write the check. You get the check in the mail, and then you can cash it. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Money_order Beware forgeries. I came across several "scam alerts" in the search.
