Usps question..My Post office..?

Some of you might recall i posted a question last week about Carrier pickup..I had 2 Priority packages with shipping labels on them..the carrier came back and said he couldn't take them unless the labels said Click N' Ship. Even my PO's supervisor called me and said it has to be Click N ship..Well i called the Usps #,and the lady on the phone said i was misinformed..that as long as i have priority packages with shipping on them i can get Free carrier pickup..and she advised i do a complaint..she typed it up for me and sent it to them. Well i get a call from my town's PO today and the supervisor left me a message saying Yes i still cant have Free carrier pickup unless it says CLICK N SHIP! wtf? i've been doing it this way for over a year..i even called the Usps #..but still my PO is giving me a hard time over this? Is anyone else having this problem? I dont know what to do :(

1. Call the call center and file another complaint and then file a complaint at USPS.com using the link in the very small type at the bottom of the page. You should also ask the call center for the name/phone number and address of the district manager. He/She has more pull than you local PM by leaps and bounds.
