Does USPS Express Mail offer full tracking to Canada?

I was just wondering if USPS Express Mail International shows full tracking into Canada. I've sent packages using EMI before but tracking seems to stop at Canadian customs and doesn't show delivery. However, when I call USPS, they said that EMI normally provides full tracking up until the point of delivery. Anybody else have any experience on this matter?

1. Yes, there is full tracking of EM to every place that the service is offered. In the case of International shipments, it does sometimes take a few days after delivery for the info to show up on usps.com. Once you know that something has crosssed the border, use the website of the destination country to look up information. You can use the Universal Postal Union to link to websites of the postal administrations of every member nation.
