How do I obtain a tracking number for USPS Media Mail?

My buyer wants one in order to track the package. But as much as I know, I can only do that with Priority and Express Mail by printing a label .... I want to deliver cheap so I chose Media Mail but.... Please help if you are familiar with postals!

1. I regularly send media mails as I sell books on Amazon Marketplace To track media mails, I use the green tracking form from the Post Office and fill it up. You can't do it via online as you can with priority and express mails, so it has to be done manually. Then you can give the tracking number to your customer to keep track of the shipment of their item
2. get "delivery Confirmation" you can track via your pc (not very expensive either)
