9101148008600309401908 thats my usps tracking #, i bought something in ebay and he shipped it 7/17/07, but all it says is shipement picked up/accepted from dallas tx at 3;07pm, and i live in New York, was it delievered to the wrong address , when will my package arrive, help.

3. No, that means it was picked up from the sender to be delivered. It's on it's way.
