Postal Letter

I have a tracking id for usps but it wont work?

It's been about 5 days since I've gotten the confirmation email and the id so it would be posted by now. Should I just email the store I ordered my necklace from ?

1. Are you sure that the item was sent through USPS? USPS Confirmation numbers are at least 20 digits. If there is a letter in the number, that is UPS. If it is shorter than 20 digits, then it is likely FedEx.
