Whats up with my usps tracking info?

I ordered an mp3 player off eBay may 16, my tracking info show that it left hong kong on the 20th and then left new york on the 22nd, its the 28th and there's still no package. I ordered two other items from a seller in Hong Kong one on the same day as the mp3 player and the other I ordered on the 24th and I have received both of those. I have called usps and asked why my info hasn't changed, when I gave my tracking# to the automated operator it told me that my package left the US, then when I talked to the live operator she told me it hadn't left Hong Kong, But as I said earlier on the website it says it has left new york....Can anyone tell me what the heck is going on P.S. 1. I looked it up but it doesn't give anymore detail about the delivery. I would contact USPS as soon as possible to get more information. It may have been delivered already or maybe held at the post office for some reason. Their # is 1 800 275 8777.
2. Your item was sent Registered Mail. Because it originated in Hong Kong, use the Hong Kong Post website to look at the tracking which, by the way, Registered Mail is not. Although there is some rudimentary tracking, it is not a true tracking service. Go to www.upu.int and click on the "Postal Administrations" link to get to the Hong Kong website.
