Does USPS have tracking?

I have a question about mailing. I want to ship a package across the country. The person is paying me via paypal for the item in the package, but he wants me to pay for tracking. Does USPS provide tracking services, and if they do how much does tracking cost?

1. Yes--It's called "Delivery Confirmation." All preprinted labels come with it free of charge, but mailing it at a PO costs less than a dollar.

9. Yep. Many ways to go about it and fees vary on package weight and type of service.
10. Yes, UPS has excellent tracking services. I tried it for the first time about a week ago and it was very nice. It told you very accurate information about where the package was at the time and also if there were any weather delays with flights for air mail. I highly recommend it!
