USPS Boxes?

Well, I went to USPS's website and I'm about to purchase some free Flat Rate boxes... I was just wondering, do I have to pay S&H if I for the boxes??? ***I mean when I'm receiving the box, do I have to pay shipping &handling, I don't mean when I'm sending the box out..***

3. The boxes are free and the shipping is free. They will be shipped parcel post and could take a week or two to get to you. Have you noticed the new larger flat shipping box which you can send for $12.95 domestically or $10.95 to APO/FPO addresses?
