How do I track an overnight letter from the post office?

2. You can visit their website directly: http://www.usps.com/shipping/trackandconfirm.htm There they have all sorts of ways to track it! It's actually pretty neat how they do all of that.

4. Go to www.usps.com and follow the instructions. On an overnight letter, it would be kinda dumb as the US Postal Service doesn't update their info for a day or two after the fact. But after you get it, you could go there and confirm that you got it.
5. Every package is given a tracking number. And you can call a 24hr hot line and find its location the whole way.
6. If you're sending a letter via Next Day Air there's a tracking number you can use by going to the United States Postal Service websit.
