Who offers free email forwarding?

Yahoo Mail used to provide free email forwarding, but now they only provide that service to paying customers. Are there any other free web-based email providers that offer free email forwarding? I want to set up a family email address that automatically forwards to each family memeber's personal email.

1. Hotmail and Gmail are providing pretty reliable email services with free email forwarding. For Family email address forwarding if you want you can try yahoo groups and you can also moderate that group for your family.
