email html?

I am using several different free web based email accounts. @mail @post @hotmail @yahoo I know Yahoo can't, but can I inclue HTML in any email out there. I simply would like to use pictures within my messages. How can I do this?

1. i think that yahoo supports HTML...just check once more
2. type ur mesage.go to inbox write senders email id in TO then after writing in the space.click on attach and browse and select picture u want.it will het attached.or if u want any pic in the space next to text .open ur pc then press ctrl + c and paste it in yahoo space where we write messages or text
