How to look up email addresses by name (for free)?

Is there a way (besides Yahoo People Search) to search for people's web-based emails (like gmail, hotmail, live, etc.) using their first and last name? I know there are a lot of paid services that give all sorts of info, but I am just looking for email addresses. Thanks. Ok, well what are some GOOD services that do have subscription costs?
