Upper age limit for post office jobs?
Is there an upper age limit for hiring on with the United States Postal Service (USPS)? I cannot find any info online regarding this. Thanks. Update - thank you both for great answers. That's really encouraging! I understand it can take ages to get hired if you do well on the tests and interviews...I will look into this locally on Monday.

- No there is no age limit. You just have to be able to perform the required tasks. My wife had a 63 year old working as a Temporary Rural Carrier in her office. Locally a friend of our delivers mail as a Rural Carrier and is 64 years old. No age limit juts work ethic and abliity to due the job. Best of Luck!!
- My dad started at age 48 and I started at 21, also there was a mailhandler who started at 75 part time.
