Cadre for System Administrator in Department of Post is turned down by Pay commission. Is it fare?

Some of the Postal Assistant in the Department of Post are working as system administrator and shouldering the responsibility of Making the Department Total computerisation. The working hours, incentives is not been defined. They are taking the responsibility of computerising offices for which they are attached. The work invovles greater skill and more dedecation. Their pay should atleast be upgraded to that of HSG II. Please give your valuable suggestion and support. Hope our superiors will take up the matter and do some justice regarding this.
