Coworker blows her nose ALL THE TIME!!!!?

I have a lady that works in the office right next to mine that blows her nose very loudly at least 2 or 3 times every hour. It is driving me crazy! She has a drug problem & the boss doesn't seem to care, but I do and it gives me chills every time I hear her snot shooting thru a napkin! I dont know what else to do. I've talked to her & the boss. The boss says "yes its annoying" but does nothing, she lies & says she has allergies. I know different bc I've walked in on her snorting a few times. What can I do to keep from going postal on her???

2. Ask the boss to move your desk because you cannot prove the accusation, which if you push it could cause you more problems. Accept her "allergies" and ask to move. And get some earplugs if you can wear them at work.
3. I feel your pain. I have a coworker who won't blow her nose ever. She sniffs all day long. And then to top off my office is back by the breakroom where the bathroom is. The same coworker thinks she has to take a crap 3-4 times a day. I have tried air freshner and candles but then it smells like flowers and crap. All I can say is try to tune her out. I've been dealing with mine for four years now. I offer Klennex & Oust and it gets me no where. Can you listen to the radio? Maybe that would help tune her out.
