i am a seller and sold my car radio that was 100% working from time of the pull. when the buyer received it he said the cd player did not function correctly. i insured the package for $150, which the radio was worth a little less. the buyer took over 2 weeks to tell me this and now he is disputing. he should have filed a damaged item claim through united states postal service but instead he is disputing me through paypal. he went the the postal office but they said he only had 5 days after receiving the item. it has been over 2 weeks since he has received the item and i feel he has taken to long to return it or take any actions at all. do you think paypal will back him up or me?
