Is the post office open tomorrow (Sat)? AND ....?

Is the post office open tomorrow AND I know there's an express flat rate delivery method for international packages: it's either a USPS box or envelope. Which one is it? Or are both the box and the envelope an option? How much would it cost to mail a set of clothes?

1. Most US Post offices have Sat hrs until noon. Some later ck site and use your zip to find local PO hrs. You just reminded me I need to stop my mail while away for Xmas. Thanks!! They will have postal rate info as well and holiday deliv. deadlines as well.
2. usually is up to a certain time can't help u with the rest. take a £10 (or whatever that's worth in your home currency if it's different) & see how far it takes you
3. Your PO should be open tomorrow, maybe later than usual to handle the high Christmas volume. It's only December 23rd and not a holiday. For a clothing set, I'd find a box and fold the clothes inside it. I don't know the cost, but expect at least $10.00-$15.00, and maybe more if you want insurance and a priority mailing. I recommend getting a tracker for something like that, and you can check the package's progress online.
