can you get a copy of a tracking number at a fedex store?

i lost a tracking number. do they keep that kind of information at fedex stores? is it posible to get that number again if i go to a fed ex store?

1. Call 1-800-go-fedex and they will be able to track your package using the recipients name and address. You may need to know the actual ship date. But they are able to find the tracking number with the name and address.
2. They might keep that information at the store, but it is unlikely that they will give it to you if previous experience is correct. Call FedEx. If you cannot get the information from the first person you talk to, ask to be transferred to a Customer Assurance Agent. You will need the date, time, location the package was sent from and the name of the recipient and location of the destination. The more information you provide the better your chances. By the way your tracking number is not only on your copy of the waybill, but it is also on your receipt.
3. if you have shipped the package from that store, they can find it but if you shipped from store A and went to store B (store b wont have it )
