Do my USPS "forever" stamps need the increase extra stamp?

My rolls of stamps say forever on them, I thought they might still mean it. Yes or No?

2. no, that was the point of forever stamps, they can always be used for postage.

4. The point of forever stamps is to not have to put additional postage along with it. If the price of the stamp increases the value of the forever stamp increases with it.
