Mailman sentenced to probation for refusing to deliver junk mail?

Apparently "Mailman Steve" has not delivered junk mail to his postal customers since 1999. While I do understand there are several postal laws he violated, I think the man deserves a medal for public service! http://www.newsobserver.com/news/crime_safety/story/1301068.html
