Is it to late to buy the Usps .39 cent forever stamp?

1. The forever stamp has only been sold at 41 cents so far. It's still for sale at this price.
2. Never was a 39-cent forever stamp. May 14 the Liberty Bell "forever" 1-ounce first class stamp becomes available at 41 cents each. There is also a 41-cent US Flag stamp. Both are good forever, but next time rates increase, you will need to add a little extra to the Flag stamp but not add to the Bell stamp.
3. No. Actually, if you go to the vending machine for the postage stamps at your post office, its one of the only stamps for sale. The Forever Stamp is NOT worth .41 by the way, but will be worth the value of any rate in the future and present.
