I have an upcoming job interview with the USPS as an RCA. I have a expunged felony on my juvenile record?
I had a felony on my juvenile record when i was 15 years of age and i have a interview with the USPS as an RCA. Should i mention my record even if my record is now expunged? Also my felony was on the job when i was 15 years old. On my application i put " i was let go due to my performance" what are my chances??? or Should i be worried?? Will they bring it up even though it is expunged?!

- You were a juvenile... The conviction has been expunged... don't worry about and don't mention it.
- Cool it! You are nervous! They will not know about it. Do not bring it up! And never tell a potential Employer that were let go because of performance issues. Please tell them you were laid off or the business had some financial difficulty that is why you were laid off!
- If your record was expunged, then there is no record at all. So you are the only one that knows anything about it basically. They may check with your former employee due to your job performance issue. At this point they probably will find out the the entire ordeal. They will bring it up since you have already opened the door. Be truthful with them. You were 15. We all make mistakes at that age.
