Fed Ex and UPS are examples of where mail should go. Why are we in the mail business.
Yes. Fortunately we are already moving that direction with FEDEX and UPS. I think it is only a matter of time before letters and junk mail are also privatized. The US Postal Service is a perfect illustration of what happens when a government run monopoly is the only one allowed to perform a service. Don't you think our local utilities would also provide better service if they knew you could realistically take your business elsewhere? Great question.
its all Bushes fault. and so is hurricanes,tsunamis,earthquakes,falling meteors,over population,dirty parking lots,black on black crime,teen pregnancies,and liberals being ate up with dumbass.

Government run mail service loses money. Meanwhile UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc. make money. Hmmm, it's almost like competition in a free market is better than a government monopoly. Who would have guessed? But lets ignore that and turn our health over to the government with universal health care. I'm sure they'd run that better than the mail system. Anybody that votes for Obama and universal health care is too stupid to vote and should never be allowed to.
In the digital age of free emailing, web cams, talking over the computer via voicing/PC calling, faxing, banking/bill paying, and instant messenger. . . really, who needs paper mail anymore? This is one of many causes in rise of stamps to make up for the lack of folks using the more common term as "snail mail." Personally, I do enjoy the casual letter on paper. One can tell so much more from handwriting than a monotonic typed paper with easy spell check and grammar check. Extra piece of info is thanks to so many typing on computers many teens are unable to write/read in cursive as well as adults do to computer text mainly always being manuscript.
UPS and FedEx are where the mail should go... Fortunately, it looks like things are heading towards UPS and FedEx.
They need to raise the cost of stamps and services to compensate for the gas prices. or heck if I know. chow yours DINO
Why? Because it is run by the Government. The govt. runs everything into the ground. I cant wait until health care is socialized, I'm sure that will work.
