What Kind of mails are forwarded by USPS?

Hello all What kind of mails are forwarded by United States postal services? Are credit card bill forwarded? First class mails..letter sent by immigration..I am moving to a new place

1. The post office doesn't look to see where it came from, or who sent it. The only thing they look for is that it is either first class rate, or periodical rate. Bulk mail, non-profit, standard, all those get recycled if undeliverable as addressed. Shredded actually. The exception to that rule is bulk mail with the " forwarding service requested" or "address service requested" endorsement on the envelope. Then the sender pays a fee to get your new address, or to get your new address and have it forwarded also. If your expecting to move, make as many people sending you things as you can, aware that you are moving. ESPECIALLY immigration,, call them first!
